Requirements: * **Academic Qualification**: Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect. * **Experience**: 5 years supervising and executing infrastructure works (bridges, highways). * **Technical Knowledge**: Urban development, earthworks, foundations, steel and concrete structures, quality control, and site safety. * **Leadership Skills**: Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple work fronts simultaneously. * **Additional Competencies**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel. * **Availability**: Willingness to travel and work at various locations as required by project needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate infrastructure project execution from planning through final delivery. * Manage and lead on-site work teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and established quality standards. * Monitor construction progress, prepare periodic reports, and maintain effective communication with clients and contractors. * Implement and supervise occupational health and safety policies at the construction site. * Manage the material and human resources necessary for proper project execution.
