We are seeking someone with exceptional negotiation skills who ensures profitability and executes efficiently. As the SIX Expansion Specialist, you will play a key role: Your responsibilities will include: * Achieving assigned expansion plan targets (Openings, Acquisitions, and Conquests) * Developing expansion business cases * Negotiating lease agreements * Coordinating with HR to hire Merchants and with Merchandising to ensure complementary product assortment * Coordinating with Regulatory Affairs to complete procedures for obtaining beer sales permits Requirements: * 1 year of experience in retail, real estate, or related business openings * Accustomed to objective-based work * Effective communication, teamwork, and organizational skills * Standard vehicle operation and valid driver’s license (MANDATORY) * Completed bachelor’s degree or engineering degree * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Strong planning and follow-up skills * Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid relationships In addition to the requirements listed above, we highly value teamwork and customer service orientation.
