With over 10 years of market experience, we deliver efficiency, professionalism, and commitment to our clients and employees. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration or a related field * Minimum age: 20 years * Minimum experience: 1 year in \*General Services\* * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. **Job Responsibilities** Provide timely and efficient general services required by facilities, including scheduling, supervision, and closure of related activities. Supervise properties and offices to ensure their preservation and optimal operation. * Manage and monitor general services (cleaning, security, maintenance, landscaping, pest control, etc.). * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, furniture, and equipment. * Control and manage general services providers, including quotations, purchase orders, and follow-up. * Supervise compliance with contracts and agreed service-level agreements. * Maintain inventory records of supplies, materials, and assets related to the department. * Handle internal requests related to general services. * Prepare expense, consumption, and activity reports for the department. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Opportunities for growth and professional development. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Tools and resources necessary to perform the job efficiently.
