Management of procedures and permits before government agencies. **Corporativo UBK – Join our team as a Construction Permit and Processing Manager!** Corporativo UBK, a leading real estate construction and development company with over 20 years of experience, invites you to join its team. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or Territorial Planning (intern or graduate). * At least 3 years of experience handling procedures before government agencies. * Management of license renewals (land use, operation, signage, environmental impact, civil protection opinion) and extensions and entry applications. **Responsibilities:** * Requesting forms for procedures before various agencies. * Managing basic entries before agencies. * Active participation in the analysis of each project and proposal of solutions. * Preparation of files (physical and electronic) containing documents gathered at each stage of the processing procedure. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Basic knowledge of regulations and procedures related to construction permits and licenses (preferred). * Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, etc.). * Negotiation skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive monthly salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Location: Valle de Guadalupe, Ensenada.
