Job Summary: Fast-net is seeking an Installation Technician Assistant to support the installation and maintenance of fiber optic services, ensuring agile and reliable connectivity. We are seeking an **Installation Technician Assistant**: * Assist in service installation and fiber optic work * Lay optical fiber cables of various lengths * Perform cable tracing and longitudinal cutting * Pole dressing * Locate faults in optical fiber cables * Conduct fiber optic cable testing; assist with OTDR and power meter measurements * Assist in executing fiber optic installation and repair tasks * Assemble first- and second-level splice closures, as well as carry out infrastructure construction and preventive maintenance tasks on the company’s fiber optic network, and perform any other related duties as required. **Preferred location:** Nacajuca, Pomoca, Tierra Colorada, or surrounding areas. **Education:** High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Systems, Construction Electrician, Data Networks, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
