An international company in the petroleum and energy industry is seeking: **Operations Manager** (Experience in petroleum and pipeline project management) Requirements and Responsibilities: * Petroleum, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (degree holder) * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Neodata, or similar software. * 15–20 years of experience in petroleum project administration, pipeline construction and maintenance, resource management, progress measurement on site, optimization of pipeline construction processes, management and supervision of operational and administrative personnel, negotiation with clients and suppliers, contractors, contract management and administration for construction projects, budget and schedule execution supervision and analysis. * Willingness to travel as required (throughout the state of Tabasco) * Experience in projects for companies such as PEMEX, CFE, CONAGUA, etc. * Minimum 15–20 years of experience as Operations Manager in petroleum and/or pipeline construction projects is mandatory.
