Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in accounting or administration, specializing in social security and payroll for large workforces. Key Highlights: 1. Essential experience with SUA, IDSE, and calculation of employer-employee payroll contributions. 2. In-depth knowledge of the Social Security Law (LSS), INFONAVIT, loans, and REPSE regulations. 3. Advanced Excel and payroll software proficiency is desirable. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field (graduated, candidate, or incomplete degree with verifiable experience). **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in a similar role within the private sector, managing workforces of 300 or more employees. **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency with SUA (Sistema Único de Autodeterminación) and IDSE * Generation of payment reference lines in SIPARE * Calculation of the Base Salary for Contributions (SBC) and employer-employee payroll contributions * Knowledge of the Social Security Law (LSS) and INFONAVIT Law * Handling of INFONAVIT and INFONACOT loans * Experience with IMSS audit processes * REPSE regulations related to social security * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency **Desirable Knowledge:** * Payroll software: CONTPAQi Nóminas, Aspel NOI, SAP HCM, or similar * Handling of payroll CFDI Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
