Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and furniture, with knowledge in plumbing, masonry, painting, drywall, electricity, and emergency power plants. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. 2. Handle plumbing, electrical work, and masonry. 3. Experience in emergency power plant maintenance. PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES AND FURNITURE REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE IN: \*PLUMBING \*MASONRY \*PAINTING \*DRYWALL \*ELECTRICITY \*EMERGENCY POWER PLANT \-MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $12,000.00 per month Education: * Completed high school (Preferred) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) * General maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
