Professional appearance.*** **General Position Conditions** · Available schedule: Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday and Sundays, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. **Dress Code:** · Men: Logo shirt, dark dress pants, black shoes, short hair. · Women: Logo blouse, dark dress pants, black shoes, subtle makeup and jewelry. **Main Responsibilities** * Patient admissions and discharges. * Collection, review, and reporting of patient, insurer, and institutional accounts. * Recording of consumables. * Billing and preparation of REP (Patient Expense Reports). * Document filing. * Providing information and quotations for our services to physicians and the general public (e.g., maternity packages, cesarean deliveries, surgeries, hospital tours, etc.). * Email administration; control and scheduling of surgical procedures and consultations. * Follow-up on matters related to institutions and insurers. * Support for attending physicians, patients, and their families. * Shift handover to colleagues (administrative progress and pending items, documentation, patient accounts, scheduling information, etc.). * Submission of daily cash reports and collected patient funds to management. * Submission of incident reports, updates, and activities performed during the shift. * Various administrative tasks as assigned. * Attendance at monthly departmental meetings, as well as courses or training sessions when scheduled. * Collaborative administrative work with other departments to ensure smooth process continuity. * Participation in and adoption of a quality management system–based workplace culture. **Evaluation Criteria** * Zero user complaints. * Accuracy in cash reconciliation. * Ability to resolve conflicts during shift. * Attendance at courses, training sessions, and monthly meetings. * Completion of full shift handover process. * Adherence to institutional policies, as well as to processes and guidelines of our quality management system.
