Collection Supervisor Your responsibilities include supervising the assigned field portfolio and collectors' collections. The following is offered: * Base salary of $15,000 NET per month. * Grocery vouchers amounting to 7% of the salary value. * Uncapped commissions. * Christmas bonus. * Vacation bonus. You only need: * 3 years of experience in the collections area, leading collection teams. * Motorcycle operation skills. * Valid driver's license. * Availability for frequent travel. * Portfolio zoning and classification. * Credit negotiation and settlement. * Field supervision. * Evaluation and feedback on collectors' performance. * Agreements with over 100 establishments.
