Job Summary: Develop executive architectural projects for building construction and adaptation, providing the necessary drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Executive architectural project development 2. Knowledge of construction processes REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering One year of experience in a similar position Knowledge, preparation, and interpretation of drawings Knowledge of work plan development and adherence to such plans Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD or other software for 2D and 3D drawing preparation Knowledge of construction processes Willingness to travel to municipalities within the state and other states, including overnight stays RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop executive projects incorporating architectural elements for building construction, modification, and adaptation, as well as provide drawings for installation placement required to ensure proper operation of such installations in compliance with current construction regulations and group guidelines. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
