**Job Responsibilities:**
➢It is the process technician's responsibility to carry out the process start-up according to the parameter sheet and monitor these parameters.
➢It is the responsibility of process technicians to correctly complete the injection machine parameter check list and, in case of any deviation from the process, document and immediately notify the engineer.
➢It is the responsibility of the process technician to keep areas clean and free of purgings, which must be placed in yellow bins for subsequent cooling in designated gaylors.
➢It is the responsibility of the process technician to carefully use bronze tongs.
➢It is the responsibility of the process technician to ensure mold protection during shift start-ups, start-ups after weekends or breaks, as well as after shut downs or mold changes, along with robot monitoring, all to completely prevent mold damage.
➢It is the responsibility of the process technician to complete the machine stop and start check list.
➢It is the responsibility of the process technician to complete the ladder check list.
➢It is the responsibility of the assembler technician to ensure that mold changes performed are effective and do not cause delays during start-ups.
➢The mold assembler technician is obligated to report mold failures according to the corresponding procedure (OMX P 0047\).
➢At the end of a production run, the mold assembler technician must deliver the completed mold, along with the last shot, to the tool shop.
➢It is their responsibility, prior to removing the mold, to evaluate defects related to mold conditions together with Quality and the mold shop.
➢The mold assembler technician must inform the area supervisor about consumables/tools required to effectively perform mold changes (screws, washers, etc.), who will then ensure timely availability.
➢The mold assembler technician must know and respect the height and area restrictions when transporting molds to avoid risk to the mold or personnel.
➢Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
➢Support initiatives for continuous improvement.
➢Know, understand, and implement the purpose of safety, quality, and environmental policies.

**Job Responsibilities:**
➢(S) Ensure that the conditions in your area and personnel under your supervision comply with safety regulations.
➢Supervise production, manage resources (assign labor, overtime, and schedule changes), and activities to ensure timely fulfillment of the production schedule.
➢Ensure proper handling of suspect or non-conforming material according to procedure.
➢Ensure that in case of any process deviation or identified abnormality, the escalation plan and respective procedure are followed.
➢Monitor the status of the area through the MES system and hour-by-hour boards (number of parts produced, details of downtime, defect details, scrap).
➢Lead the daily L2 meeting with your multidisciplinary team, reviewing the status of applicable KPIs (SQTCM), resolving issues escalated from the L1 meeting, and escalating unresolved issues to the L3 meeting.

➢Reconcile production results (actual production vs. MES system and OEE report records) at the end of your assigned shift.
➢Maintain indicators under your responsibility updated, and take corrective actions when indicators fall outside target ranges.
➢Active participant in scrap meetings.
➢(Q) Ensure compliance with the zero-defect methodology.
➢Ensure established policies, procedures, and standards are properly followed.
➢(M) Approve personnel incidents under your responsibility (absences, tardiness, disabilities, overtime, permissions, etc.) at the end of your shift.
➢Monitor the labor efficiency indicator for the area under your supervision (kiosk), evaluate detected deviations, and escalate to L3 meeting if necessary.

➢Participate in audits applicable to your area (product, process, customer, internal, etc.), and follow up on closing findings applicable to your area by coordinating with service departments.
➢Ensure compliance with the training plan for personnel under supervision.
