**Transportation company located in Cadereyta NL, we are seeking a Diesel Workshop Manager** * **Position objective:** To oversee the maintenance team’s staffing, ensure optimal conditions of units leaving the area, and control and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of units. **Job requirements:** * Engineering background * Experience as Workshop Manager (3 years verifiable) * Knowledge of diesel engines in fifth-wheel units * Personnel management skills **Responsibilities:** * Schedule units for corrective and preventive maintenance * Analyze and review daily maintenance service schedules * Ensure timely and proper execution of bodywork and mechanical services on units * Coordinate recovery of stranded units * Tire management: inspect tire wear to request replacement based on mileage * Receive and coordinate warehouse resource requests, and issue "Purchase Orders" to corresponding suppliers * Obtain preliminary quotations, evaluate them, and select the most suitable option for the organization * Identify and manage maintenance training programs * Maintain workplace cleanliness and order (5S) * Implement one improvement action every two months **We offer:** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits * Direct employment contract with the company Employment type: Full-time Salary: $23,000.00 - $27,000.00 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree (Desirable) Experience: * Personnel management: 2 years (Desirable) * Diesel mechanics: 3 years (Desirable) * Tire management: 1 year (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
