




Job Description – Human Resources Analyst Position: Human Resources Analyst Department: Human Resources Reports to: Administrative Manager Direct Reports: Not applicable Position Objective: Execute and oversee operational and administrative human resources processes, ensuring accurate payroll calculation, legal compliance, and proper recording of human capital information. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Personnel Management: \- Meet operational and administrative human capital requirements. \- Maintain and update personnel files. \- Monitor employment contracts, payroll incidents, and internal transfers. Recruitment and Separation: \- Support recruitment and selection processes. \- Compile onboarding personnel files. \- Execute termination, severance, and settlement procedures under supervision. Payroll Administration: \- Calculate, determine, and validate taxable and non-taxable payroll. \- Record and monitor payroll incidents. \- Manage earnings, deductions, and withholdings. \- Assist with payroll stamping (timbrado). Benefits and Vacation Control: \- Record and manage vacation time. \- Monitor work-related disabilities. \- Administer statutory benefits. Social Security: \- Register, cancel, and process salary adjustments in IDSE. \- Prepare SUA and SIPARE payments. \- Reconcile EMA and EBA reports. Payroll Accounting: \- Record payroll and employer-employee contribution entries in accounting. \- Reconcile payroll against accounting records.
