This is not a fully office-based job: here, you’ll be on the plant floor, among people, where things actually happen. The position is on the third shift, so if you’re naturally energized at night and enjoy having your mornings free, this fits perfectly.**The Role** ---------- You will provide direct support to the site’s Safety and Environmental Management System, ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, and help address incidents, deviations, or risks promptly and effectively. Responsibilities: **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Support and execute daily shop-floor safety activities during the night shift * Conduct inspections, internal audits, and safety walkthroughs * Document and support investigations of incidents and near-misses * Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 within your area * Coordinate corrective actions and follow up on implementation * Work with operations teams to reinforce safe work practices * Maintain EHS system records, reports, and documentation Qualifications: **What You Bring to the Role** ----------------------- * 3 years of professional experience * Minimum 2 years working in Safety or EHS * Intermediate English proficiency (sufficient to read documents and understand/communicate effectively in calls) * Availability to work exclusively on the third shift * Practical knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 * Reside in San Juan del Río or nearby areas * Ability to rotate shifts occasionally (rare, but necessary) * Blue or red Insights profile (or you identify with those styles) * Results-oriented, quick to act, assertive, and capable of direct leadership—focused on efficiency and control, ideal for decision-making * Analytical, methodical, precise, and reflective—focusing on data, details, planning, and safety before acting. **Plus** -------- * Prior experience in manufacturing * Knowledge of structured incident investigation * Aptitude for delivering safety training or safety talks **What You’ll Get** -------------------- A stable role with real shop-floor impact—where your work helps things go right and ensures people go home safely.
