Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate vehicle movements, routes, and operational schedules, report incidents, and coordinate with internal departments. Key Highlights: 1. Manage ERP systems and GPS platforms * **We are a company specializing in the rental and sale of refrigerated and dry freight containers — join us!** **Key Responsibilities:** Ensure efficient control, tracking, and coordination of vehicle movements, routes, and operational schedules. * Maintain constant communication with drivers and internal departments * Report incidents, delays, mechanical failures, or accidents * Coordinate with the maintenance department * Coordinate with logistics and security departments * Report vehicle status to Management or Operations Coordination **Requirements:** * Associate degree in Logistics, Transportation, Administration, Operations, or related field * 2\-4 years of experience in a similar position * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Intermediate Excel * Experience managing ERP systems * Knowledge of business processes * Experience using GPS / telematics platforms, operational reporting, and administrative control * GPS platforms (Wialon, Samsara, Geotab, Omnitracs, Fleet Complete, or similar) * FMS / TMS (Transportation Management System) * Digital forms / Google Forms / internal systems * Google Maps / Waze / route planning platforms **What We Offer:** * Salary: $18,000 \- $20,000 net monthly * Full IMSS registration * Monthly KPI bonus of $1,000 * Attendance punctuality bonus * Statutory benefits from day one * Monthly food vouchers Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Food vouchers Relocation/commuting capability: * Parque Industrial Bernardo Quintana, Qro.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Desirable) Education: * Completed technical degree (Desirable) License/Certification: * TYPE B DRIVER'S LICENSE (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
