Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate E-commerce Assistant with enthusiasm for digital content and online sales platforms to manage products, support sales and marketing, and handle customer service at Plaza Mi Casita. Focus on organization, attention to detail, and digital trends. **Join Plaza Mi Casita** **We Are Hiring an E\-Commerce Assistant** ***Who Are We?*** At Plaza Mi Casita, we sell viral products trending on TikTok Shop. We are growing and looking for individuals to join our team as E\-commerce Assistants—people passionate about digital content, organization, and online marketplaces such as Mercado Libre, Amazon, Temu, and TikTok Shop. Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week. Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Salary: To be determined based on experience Work Mode: 100% on-site **Your Responsibilities:** **Product Management** * Upload and update products across platforms. * Ensure photos, descriptions, prices, and categories are accurate. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent out-of-stock sales. **Sales and Marketing Support** * Monitor daily sales, returns, and customer feedback. * Assist in implementing promotions, coupons, and campaigns. * Support the Host team. **Customer Service** * Respond to messages, inquiries, and complaints on platforms. * Track orders and shipping statuses. **Logistics and Operations** * Verify that orders are correctly entered into the system. **What We’re Looking For:** \- Experience in product photography and content creation. \- Familiarity with marketplaces: Temu, TikTok Shop, etc. \- Ability to upload products and manage listings. \- Proficiency with tools such as ChatGPT and Excel. \- Quick, efficient, proactive, and solution-oriented individual. \- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. \- Interest in social media and digital trends. \*Reside near the work location **We Offer:** \- Job Stability \- Immediate Hiring \- Salary of $11,000 to $13,000 monthly, depending on experience \- Meal allowance after probation period \- Night transportation \- Potential for indefinite-term contract \- Statutory Benefits Please attach your CV or application form—we’ll contact you shortly!
