We stand out for our commitment to quality and customer service, creating inspiring spaces. **What are we looking for?** A highly motivated Branch Manager with experience to lead our team in Teziutlan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational, commercial, and administrative management of the branch, ensuring the achievement of goals and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise all daily activities of the branch. * Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase sales and profitability. * Open and close the branch. * Control inventory and ensure proper product presentation. * Supervise cash register opening and closing. * Review warehouse and logistics logs related to the vehicle and warehouse tools. * Weekly sales reports. * Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and resignation processes. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience managing branches or similar positions, preferably in the retail sector. * Leadership and team management skills. * Results-oriented and problem-solving abilities. * Knowledge in administration and inventory control. **We offer:** * Monthly base salary $9,400 * Statutory benefits and additional perks. * Commission scheme of 1% of monthly sales * Grocery vouchers $1,323 per month * Savings fund 5% * Year-end bonus of 30 days. * Discounts at branches. * Permanent contract.
