Must reside in the southern area of CDMX Your primary role will be to provide high-quality technical support to our customers by resolving issues related to information technology and Windows operating systems. You must possess in-depth knowledge of information technologies and advanced proficiency in Windows operating systems. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be essential for resolving technical issues and explaining solutions in a way that customers can easily understand. Additionally, your ability to work under pressure and proactively resolve problems will be highly valued. This is an on-site position requiring full commitment to the role.
