Your primary role will be the bridge between client data and our software, ensuring that SME information (inventories, catalogs, finances) is accurately captured and properly organized for successful system migration. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Administrative Informatics, or related field (completed). • Gender: No preference. • Excel: Advanced level (proficiency in pivot tables, lookup/logical functions, and database cleaning is mandatory). • Knowledge: Basic business administration (procurement-sales processes, warehousing, invoicing). • Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Empathy and patience for direct client interaction. o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Mobility: Willingness to work onsite at our office and conduct in-person visits to client facilities. Main Responsibilities: 1. Information Migration: Capture, clean, and organize master data in spreadsheets. 2. On-site Data Collection: Visit client offices to gather and validate required information. 3. Administrative Support: Serve as a support agent, guiding clients on how to structure their data for the ERP. 4.
