Job Summary: A candidate with basic field experience seeking to develop as an Installation Technician, with responsibilities including safety management, operational reporting, progress tracking, and team leadership. This position serves as the entry point for developing into an Installation Technician. RESPONSIBILITIES: Safety Management: Preparation of work permits (AST/DC-3) and coordination of authorized signatures for commencement of activities. Safety Talks: Delivery of safety briefings prior to initiating activities at the worksite. Operational Reporting: Submission of daily activity reports detailing relevant on-site events. Progress Control: Generation and validation of construction progress trackers for estimations and goal setting. Asset Protection: Inventory management and care of tools, materials, equipment, and installation accessories. Personnel Management: Leadership of assigned team to foster a collaborative working environment. Safety and Hygiene: Ensuring mandatory and correct use of PPE by all team members. Work at Heights: Supervision of harnesses, lifelines, and ladders to ensure proper condition and usage. Area Safety: Proper demarcation and signage of the worksite to protect personnel and third parties.
