Ingeniería hace 28 días 5 Años de Experiencia ### **Descripción** **Job Objective:** Lead the research, integration, and implementation of innovative technologies in manufacturing processes to reduce costs, increase production capacity, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across all plants of the division. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead projects in automation, robotics, and industrial artificial intelligence. * Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes that guarantee quality, safety, and committed costs. * Evaluate and integrate new technologies, suppliers, and automated machinery. * Collaborate with key areas (R\&D, engineering, operations, product, and external suppliers) to drive strategic projects. * Manage complex problem\-solving using statistical analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and plant organization culture. * Implement projects across plants in Mexico and the U.S. ### **Requisitos** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, Robotics, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing and automation. * Strong knowledge in: PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial robotics, and AI applied to processes. * Proven experience managing technology projects (from concept to implementation). * Advanced English (mandatory). * Preferred: Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar.
