




Position Summary: This role ensures timely and proper delivery of sales unit services, leads and plans mechanical team activities, manages resources and budgets, and drives safety and productivity initiatives. Lead the Safety, Service, Performance, and Productivity agenda Ensures timely and proper execution of sales unit services (preventive, corrective, and predictive), guaranteeing all routes depart for work with available relief staff; leads and plans mechanical team activities, as well as proper management of resources (spare parts, tools, mechanical workshops, inventory control); administers budgets (R&M, Fuel, Fixed Costs); and leads the Safety, Service, Performance, and Productivity agenda within the Division. Minimum 2 years of verifiable fleet management experience, with demonstrated knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for all components of diesel and gasoline-powered motor vehicles. Leadership experience and proven ability to manage work teams, ensuring effective guidance and support for the mechanical team. Experience in budget administration and utilization for units, spare parts (inventory control), tools, internal workshops, as well as external suppliers and workshops. Graduates in Automotive Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
