Job Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive supervision of warehouse operations, from goods receipt and classification to inventory and personnel management, optimizing logistics processes. Training on internal processes and company systems. Requirements: Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in economics-administration, industrial engineering, or related field. Experience: 1 year in similar roles. Knowledge: Inventory management, effective communication, personnel management, logistics, computer operation, Office suite (intermediate Excel), decision-making, and conflict resolution. Availability to comply with work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00–20:00 (including lunch break). **Responsibilities:** Responsible for receiving goods, supervising unloading and verification against delivery documents, as well as checking correct classification, labeling, safeguarding, and location within the warehouse; additionally, implementing logistics workflows and schemes to optimize operations. Supervises order preparation, picking, dispatch, and transfer to branches, handles emergency restocking, and supports internal merchandise movement to ensure operational continuity. Maintains inventory control and updates, reports incidents such as shortages, losses, or damages, optimizes storage space, maintains constant communication with operational departments, and supervises warehouse staff activities. Also manages processes related to specific brands, coordinates communication with suppliers, analyzes product turnover indicators, supervises proper use of the Microsip system, verifies inter-branch merchandise transfers, and prepares performance reports along with improvement proposals for management. **Work Location:** Centro neighborhood, Oaxaca de Juárez.
