




Job Summary: Supervises personnel execution to meet area metrics and systems, managing maintenance activities, overtime, and internal customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Requires knowledge in mechanics, electricity, PLCs, and pneumatics. **Job Description** **General Objective:** Responsible for directing and executing assigned personnel (internal or external) to ensure compliance with area metrics and implemented systems—including preventive maintenance, overtime administration, accurate recordkeeping, tracking of facility/equipment findings, etc., as applicable—as well as providing service to various internal customers via work orders such as fixture creation and furniture fabrication. **Responsibilities:** * Administers assignment of preventive and corrective maintenance to equipment, machines, and production systems within the assigned area. * Appropriately manages workload of assigned personnel, ensuring timely and compliant execution of assigned work orders per established standards. * Responsible for coordinating with Senior Maintenance Technician\- Admin on requisitioning and controlling parts and materials required to maintain machinery, equipment, and systems under supervision in good operating condition. Also coordinates established inventory control systems, work orders, and requisitions requested by supervised personnel. * Responsible for tracking initial process training and orientation, as well as manuals, drawings, blueprints, and tools used across various functions. * Ensures compliance with quality standards and is accountable for implementing and upholding the Quality Policy. * Responsible for accurate documentation in electronic and/or written logs—including corrective actions, summaries of preventive and predictive maintenance (if applicable), tracking of findings, etc. * Proposes/Executes/Coordinates and supports continuous improvement projects at Medline (Lean Manufacturing). * Responsible for maintaining effective and assertive upward and downward communication with their department and all other departments and assigned areas, performing duties professionally and cooperatively. * Ensures team members comply with company safety rules, including proper use of equipment, protective devices, and required clothing—or non-required clothing—per company health and safety regulations; immediately reports absence or defects of any PPE to supervisor and/or EHS Department. * Maintains a clean and safe work area and promptly reports any hazards. * Implements and monitors programs: MKOs, EHS, LOTO **Experience / Technical Knowledge** * +3 years of experience in maintenance departments, preferably in the Medical Industry. * Technical English (preferred) * Knowledge of mechanics, industrial and control electricity, PLCs, pneumatics and hydraulics, general masonry, plumbing, and welding. * Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and other diagrams. **Competencies / Soft Skills** * Excellent organizational and planning skills * Decision-making ability * Teamwork * Sense of urgency **Education** * Incomplete degree or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field focused on Industrial Maintenance Medline Industries, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
