We are looking for dynamic and responsible individuals to join our branches in Puerto Escondido and Nopala as Collections Managers. Education: Completed High School / Bachelor’s degree: No prior experience required (we provide training). Completed Secondary School: Minimum 1 year verifiable experience as a Collections or Credit Manager required. Technical Skills: Computer proficiency and Excel / Database knowledge (minimum 1 year experience). Mobility: Motorcycle operation mandatory (valid Class B driver’s license required; if you do not yet hold one or it has expired, you will be granted a 15-day grace period after hiring to obtain it). Health Status: Excellent physical condition suitable for fieldwork. Location: Must reside within a 40-minute commute of the branch of interest (Puerto Escondido or Nopala). Employment Conditions: Work Model: 80% Fieldwork / 20% Office. Schedule: Monday–Friday: 09:00–18:00 hrs. Saturdays: 09:00–14:00 hrs.
