Job Summary: We are seeking proactive personnel with surveillance experience to cover various shifts, perform maintenance, cleaning, and general support. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in surveillance and maintenance patrols 2. Multifunctional support and proactivity 3. Service-oriented attitude and handling capability * Cover scheduling gaps during morning/afternoon/night shifts. * Conduct maintenance patrols and inspect common areas for reporting. * Surveillance experience. * Clean property areas and assist with specific tasks. * Move equipment and furniture as assigned. * Maintain the work area in excellent condition. * Valid driver's license and ability to drive. * Support the General Management as requested. * Service-oriented attitude. * Proactive.
