




**Knowledge:** **\- Tooling, fixture, and die design.** \- CNC machining center programming and operation \- Drawing interpretation \- Operation of conventional machines and cutting tools \- Use of measuring instruments and knowledge of tolerances \- Manufacturing, repair, and maintenance of tooling, dies, and measurement, control, and clamping fixtures \- Organization and supervision of operational staff \- Knowledge of materials, supplies, consumables, etc. **Responsibilities:** Develop work plans according to projects to allocate workloads based on the skills of assigned personnel, ensuring timely project delivery and maximizing resource utilization. Daily and weekly work planning according to company requirements, and evaluation of collaborators and achievement of objectives. Guide assigned personnel and provide necessary instruction when required to achieve the work plan. Supervise tooling manufacturing according to provided specifications, ensuring product quality complies with stated parameters. Implement work strategies to improve production and reduce manufacturing time, while respecting established quality standards. Request required supplies from the purchasing department to support production processes and verify their proper use. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of tooling and workshop machinery.
