Position Summary: Provide comprehensive technical support to maintain equipment, systems, and networks, ensuring operational continuity and resolving incidents, while also supporting notarial and audiovisual activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for equipment, systems, and networks 2. Management of notarial platforms and event broadcasting 3. Hardware and software maintenance and updates Deliver effective technical support and ensure the proper operation of the company's equipment, systems, and networks by resolving incidents and performing maintenance tasks that guarantee uninterrupted operations. Data entry into portals owned by the Notaries' College and related to notarial activities. Technical support to notaries regarding portals associated with the notarial profession. Technical support for computing equipment provided to institutional staff. Support for live conference streaming via streaming platforms, video conferencing tools, recording, and editing. Ensure proper delivery of courses on the Notaries' College website (audio and video). Installation and uninstallation of computing, video, audio, and printing equipment. System and license updates. Monitoring of service functionality. Customer service and follow-up. **Profile:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering in Systems, Information Technologies, or Technical Diploma in Networks or Technical Support. General experience: Minimum 3–5 years.
