Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant for the systems department, focused on customer service, ticket tracking, and incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. System configurations and maintenance JOB DESCRIPTION: * Provide general support to the systems department * Create and track incident tickets * Attend to customers * Respond to customer support WhatsApp messages and social media inquiries * Review basic virtual server issues * Generate incident reports * Perform remote connections and system configurations Desired Profile: * Knowledge of Windows and Excel suite (preferred) * Age between 20 and 30 years * Degree in systems-related fields (or, if not related, strong interest in the field and solid computer proficiency) * May be a student, provided work schedule does not conflict with studies * Proficiency in internet usage, networking, and web navigation * Willingness to learn about the field * Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Offered: * Base salary of $10,000 MXN per month (tax-free) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (including lunch break) * Statutory benefits * Remote work modality * Company-provided equipment (laptop) * IMPORTANT: Must reside in Guadalajara, Jalisco (or Greater Guadalajara Metropolitan Area) Salary: Starting at $10,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Remote work Work Location: Remote employment
