




Position Summary: Responsible for executing and tracking operator training and certification processes to enhance skills and achieve organizational objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Manage operator training and certification across all subsidiaries. 2. Supervise virtual platforms and content uploads by instructors. 3. Monitor course participation and effectiveness, generating reports. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Responsible for executing and tracking operator training and certification processes across all subsidiaries to help maintain or improve job-related skills in alignment with organizational goals. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** \*Meet the performance indicators and objectives assigned by the immediate supervisor. \*Comply with career development and training plans assigned by the immediate supervisor. \*Prepare reports on results as instructed by the immediate supervisor. \*Comply with current company policies, regulations, and codes of conduct. \*Track the updating and maintenance of various existing virtual universities. \*Run reports and follow established usage guidelines within the IIDEA University platform. \*Assign courses to be delivered virtually via platform according to the Annual Training Plan (PAC). \*Supervise content uploads to the platform by instructors. \*Maintain and regularly review active platforms (e.g., user enrollments, terminations, modifications). \*Track employee participation in and effectiveness of training courses. \*Generate follow-up reports for assigned trainings, whether virtual or in-person. \*Participate in reporting to HR Management and Production Sub-Directorates/Management for respective support. \*Implement initiatives to reinforce training participation. \*Assess course effectiveness through examinations and evaluate course logistics and execution. \*Handle logistics for induction sessions, including rooms and kits. \*Issue and deliver DC-3 documents. \*Generate weekly reports on trainings conducted and attendance. \*Control and track personnel files, both physical and electronic, in proper order. \*Create training files once employees begin training. \*Store files in designated archives in alphabetical order. \*Keep files updated with documents generated by employees. \*Add or remove files according to employee onboarding or offboarding.
