Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Engineer and Cutting Optimization professional with experience in industrial design and supply chain management to optimize production processes for durable surfaces. We seek a CNC Engineer and Cutting Optimization professional with experience in industrial design and supply chain management to optimize our production processes. Main Responsibilities: • Review and validate technical LOs from Zoho Projects • Optimize part nesting and material yield • Generate and validate CNC cutting files • Calculate material consumption and waste • Provide technical release for cutting projects • Coordinate material packages and cutting priorities • Manage segmented pieces, leftovers, and technical inventory • Document processes and evidence in Zoho Projects • Coordinate with technical design, operations, and quality Requirements: • Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field • 3–5 years of experience in CNC, manufacturing, stone fabrication, carpentry, or similar processes • Familiarity with Zoho Projects • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, VCarve, nesting software, and DXF • Experience in material and cutting process optimization • Advanced ability to read engineering drawings and apply manufacturing criteria • Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills and document control proficiency Your role will involve using tools such as AutoCAD and Rhinoceros 3D for precise design and programming CNC machines for optimized cuts. Additionally, you will be responsible for reading and analyzing technical drawings to ensure quality and efficiency in every project. Your ability to manage supplies and optimize the supply chain is critical to minimizing costs and maximizing performance. Furthermore, strong spreadsheet skills will be required for data analysis and reporting. This position is on-site and requires a long-term commitment to INDEKO.
