Opportunity for professional growth and an excellent work environment. **Job Description** INFLATABLE PARKS MEXICO is seeking a **Training Manager** to lead the staff training and development strategy, ensuring competency enhancement, regulatory compliance, and internal talent development. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement the annual training plan. * Coordinate technical and skills-based training programs. * Manage trainers and external providers. * Administer the training budget. * Measure the effectiveness of training programs. * Manage LMS platforms and records. * Coordinate logistics for courses and training events. * Prepare results reports. * Lead the training team. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in training or organizational development. * Experience coordinating programs and/or teams. * Knowledge of DNC, instructional design, and training evaluation. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Strong communication and leadership skills. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Excellent work environment.
