Define technical standards, deployments, and best practices. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **highly technical and strategic professional**, responsible for leading the development, architecture, and evolution of digital platforms, with a strong focus on automation and implementation of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead web, backend, and system architecture development. * Define technical standards, deployments, and best practices. * Design and implement automations (bots, jobs, workflows). * Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure). * Develop and integrate solutions via APIs and external services. * Propose and implement Artificial Intelligence solutions. * Respond to critical incidents and ensure operational continuity. **Essential Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and architecture.** * **At least 2 years leading technical teams or complex projects.** * Solid experience in backend and web development. * Knowledge of **Azure, DevOps, and automation**. * Practical experience or specialization in **Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (mandatory)**. * Experience with integrations (APIs, webhooks). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience ($22,000 to $27,000) * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 - $27,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
