




Job Summary: Supports the administration and control of financial resources by managing payments, receipts, cash flow, and banking operations. Key Highlights: 1. The **Treasury Assistant** position is responsible for supporting the company's financial resource administration and control, ensuring proper handling of payments, receipts, cash flow, and daily banking operations. Main Responsibilities: * Record and monitor bank transactions. * Support reconciliation activities. * Track deposits, transfers, and payment receipts. * Prepare reports. * File and safeguard documentation. * Communicate with and follow up on matters involving vendors and internal departments. * Assist with administrative procedures. * Verify incoming funds and apply received payments. Common Requirements: * Technical or bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum experience in similar positions (preferred). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of reconciliations and financial controls. * Organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail. * Analytical ability and sense of urgency.
