Job responsibilities or activities. * Supervise personnel to weigh, sort, route, and attach routing labels to each shipment. * Ensure that the necessary equipment and tools for daily operations are available. * Supervise, control, and direct assigned operational staff. * Develop training and development programs for supervised personnel. * Determine pre-alerts issued to destinations, informing the amount of cargo arriving at each location. * Prepare and deliver return indicators to the Shipment Control department. * Implement contingency plans Requirements * Logistics: 4 years. * Experience in transportation within courier and package delivery companies. * Experience managing operational and unionized personnel. * Warehouse management, vehicle handling, and local delivery route planning.
