Supervise proper loading, route assignment, and detailed delivery execution. Responsible for the safety of team members and the operation center. Coordinate periodic and annual inventory counts. Ensure sufficient inventory of materials and resources for operations. Plan local and long-distance routes. Deliver goods to customers. Collect shipments at the airport. Generate and report fuel mileage efficiency. Create operational metrics and indicators. Exercise operational judgment and decision-making. Work under pressure and stress tolerance. Excellent customer service attitude and client attention. Warehouse knowledge (incoming and outgoing goods). Report returns, damaged items, rejected deliveries, or postponed shipments.
