Has the authority to stop any unsafe act or condition that may cause harm to people, facilities, or the environment, and to manage corrective actions for such risk situations. * Execute tasks to fulfill programs defined for strategy, objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and projects. * Carry out tasks to comply with legal and internal requirements. * Develop documented information, including procedures, forms, and operating instructions, to define internal requirements. * Collect necessary information for recording data in the database. * Participate in executing tasks related to defined campaigns. * Train personnel in accordance with legal and internal requirements. * Participate in risk analyses, environmental impact assessments, and incident reporting. * Support audits, inspections, and visits by various stakeholders. * Support implementation of activities related to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems, as required. * Support activities related to management review. **Qualifications** * **HSE Regulatory Compliance:** Implementation and monitoring of legal and corporate EHS requirements. * **Unsafe Acts & Conditions Control:** Authority to issue *stop work* orders and manage corrective and preventive actions. * **Risk & Environmental Impact Assessment:** Participation in risk analyses, environmental impact assessments, and incident investigations. * **HSE Management Systems:** Operational support for **ISO 45001 / ISO 14001**, management review, and document control. * **Contractor Safety Management:** Management of safety processes for contractors. * **Emergency Response:** Execution of emergency response processes and plans. * **HSE Documentation & Data Management:** Development of procedures, work instructions, records, and HSE database administration. * **Training & Awareness Programs:** Training aligned with legal and internal requirements. * **English:** Level **B2** * **Behavioral Competencies:** Initiative, cross-functional cooperation, and results orientation.
