In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring software quality through manual testing, guaranteeing that deliverables meet functional and business requirements. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams, contributing to continuous process improvement and ensuring an optimal end-user experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze business specifications and translate them into detailed test cases and scripts. * Create test plans and effort estimates for small to medium-sized projects. * Execute functional, integration, regression, and defect certification tests. * Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear reproduction steps. * Prepare defect reports and Test Summary Reports, ensuring traceability and coverage. * Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with standards (SDLC, CMMI). * Participate in test case reviews and traceability matrices, providing recommendations. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in manual QA, preferably with basic knowledge of test automation. * Solid experience in executing manual tests: functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT. * Knowledge of API testing tools: Postman, Swagger, or REST Assured. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC). * Experience with databases, APIs, JSON/XML, and version control systems (Git). * Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. **Benefits:** * Major Medical Insurance * 15 days of Christmas bonus * 25% vacation bonus * Dental and Vision Insurance * Grocery vouchers * 12 days of vacation
