Main Objective:** The main objective of the Sales Advisor is to promote and sell plastic surgery services, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth. The role involves guiding potential customers through the decision-making process, providing detailed information about procedures, and guaranteeing exceptional service. **3\. Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree/incomplete college studies. * Experience in public relations, effective sales, and high-quality customer service. DEMONSTRABLE AND ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT. * Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to clearly and understandably explain procedure details to customers. * Customer orientation: Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, focusing on customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. * Professional ethics: Demonstrate ethical behavior in all interactions with customers and colleagues, maintaining confidentiality and respect. * Sales closing skills: Experience in effective sales closing techniques, with the ability to ethically and satisfactorily finalize agreements for both parties. * Ability to efficiently manage time and coordinate multiple tasks, from the initial consultation to postoperative follow-up. * Capacity to adapt to a dynamic environment and face challenges with resilience, maintaining a positive attitude in changing situations. * Knowledge of plastic surgery (Desirable) * Proficiency with office tools (telephone, laptop, printer, mobile phone, etc.) and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) **4\. Customer Service and Advisory: Serve and advise potential customers by providing clear and detailed information about the plastic surgery procedures offered, through assigned platforms. 2\. Needs Assessment: Conduct individual assessments to understand each customer's specific needs, taking into account their expectations and desires, and prospect potential clients (leads) within sales funnels. 3\. Service Presentation: Fully and clearly explain available procedures, highlighting benefits, risks, and expected outcomes. 4\. Quotations and Proposals: Prepare personalized quotes and detailed proposals, explaining associated costs and any additional service details. 5\. After-Sales Follow-Up: Maintain continuous communication with potential customers after the initial consultation, answering additional questions, providing further information, and offering emotional support. **5\.
