A prominent **AUTOMOTIVE** company is seeking a **WORKSHOP MANAGER** **Job Description:** Manage resources to **achieve maximum team productivity** with a high level of quality. **Perform diagnostics, repairs, and policy maintenance operations**, ensuring the **quality** of work performed by your team. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: **Completed High School / Technical Degree** * **Customer service skills** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * **Knowledge** of **vehicle maintenance and repair services**. * **Proven experience** of **3 years as Workshop Manager**. * **Personnel management skills** * Must reside near the agency (Area: Venustiano Carranza or Gustavo A. Madero) **Responsibilities:** * **Guarantee** the quality of **vehicle repairs** * Monitor **service orders and their progress** * Deliver **repair diagnostics** * Ensure that the workshop’s **supplies** are appropriate and available in a timely manner. * **Scheduling of deliveries** * Conduct vehicle testing * Provide **solutions to issues** arising in the **workshop area**. * **Manage and guide** technicians on **best practices** for **quality and workmanship.** * Maintain order and upkeep of assigned work areas * Prepare **expense, cost, and performance reports.** **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary of $9,500\+ commissions** * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $9,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases Experience: * WORKSHOP MANAGER: 2 years (Preferred) * CUSTOMER SERVICE: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
