Job Summary: We are seeking a trainer with experience in pedagogy or psychology to develop and deliver training programs, including soft skills and onboarding. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of institutional training materials and support for the DNC/annual training plan. 2. Delivery of soft skills and onboarding courses. 3. Database management and tracking of training plans. **We are looking for a Trainer.** Requirements: * Experience: 2–3 years (training/organizational development) * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, or related field. * Immediate availability. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and assessment tools. Responsibilities: * Creation of institutional training materials for course delivery. * Support in developing the DNC and annual training plan. * Delivery of soft skills courses for operational and administrative staff. * Database management. * Administration of assessments and tracking of training plans. * Delivery of onboarding training. We Offer: * Monthly gross salary of $13,000 to $15,000. * PSL (Profit Sharing Law benefits). * Working hours: Monday to Friday. Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
