Irrigación, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM. **What are we looking for?** We seek a security personnel training expert capable of planning and implementing technical and operational training programs for in-house guards and armed personnel. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic planning** of annual and monthly training programs. * Delivery of theoretical and practical courses on-site and at the office. * Operational performance evaluation and training needs assessment (TNA). * **Frequent travel** to various service locations for on-site supervision and field training. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Trainer in the Private Security sector. * **Valid DC\-5 registration required** (STPS). * Proficiency in protocols for in-house guards and management of armed personnel. * Full availability to travel to service units. **We Offer:** * **Competitive salary:** Negotiable based on experience and certifications. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Job stability and career development opportunities.
