Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage the acquisition process, inventory handling, supplier sourcing and negotiation, and item administration. Key Highlights: 1. Job stability, growth, and development **PROCUREMENT ANALYST** Today, El Nuevo Mundo operates 14 branches located in major cities across our country, including Ciudad de México, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tampico, Acapulco, Veracruz, Querétaro, Cuernavaca, and a fabric distribution center. **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement processes and purchase order entry * Customer service orientation and excellent attitude * Supplier sourcing and management * Negotiation skills * Proficiency in Excel (databases, pivot tables, basic and nested formulas, etc.) **Responsibilities** * Entry of ordered items, as well as their management and maintenance * Effective inventory management by monitoring sales and supply needs for each product category within the department, to prevent stockouts and/or overstocking * Merchandise management (transfers, returns, allowances, stock levels, etc.) * Accountability for the impact of one’s activities and achievement of objectives * Knowledge of competitors * Administrative tasks related to procurement, including email follow-up and other departmental purchasing activities **We Offer** · Gross monthly salary · Statutory and above-statutory benefits · Attendance and punctuality bonus · In-store discounts · Life insurance · Grocery vouchers · Savings fund · Job stability · Growth and development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
