This role is highly client\-facing and consultative, requiring strong leadership, communication, and delivery skills to successfully manage complex web, analytics, and experience\-driven implementations. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and deliver enterprise\-scale projects involving **Adobe Experience Cloud** solutions, primarily **AEM and/or AEP** * Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships with managers, directors, and executive stakeholders (CMOs, CXOs) * Coordinate cross\-functional and virtual teams to deliver high\-quality solutions on time and within scope * Identify project risks and issues, resolve conflicts, and negotiate solutions effectively * Communicate technical concepts and solution approaches clearly to non\-technical stakeholders * Manage projects in environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements * Ensure successful launch and operation of high\-availability, high\-traffic web or mobile services * Support repeat business by building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities **Required Qualifications** * 6\+ years of experience as a **Project Manager**, delivering enterprise\-scale web, analytics, or digital experience implementations * Hands\-on experience with one or more **Adobe Experience Cloud solutions** (AEM, AEP preferred) * **Client\-facing consulting experience** is required * Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills * Excellent problem\-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities * Proven experience managing **virtual and cross\-functional teams** * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi\-workstream projects * Solid understanding of **custom software development lifecycles** and engagement methodologies * Experience managing **Agile projects** (practical Agile delivery experience is a plus) * Ability to articulate the business impact of technical decisions * Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent practical experience * Willingness to **travel up to 60%** **Highly Desired** * One or more certifications: * Project Management Professional (PMP) * Agile / Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) * PRINCE2 or equivalent * Prior experience with **Microsoft Dynamics** and/or **Workfront** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $90,000\.00 \- $91,000\.00 per month Language: * English (Required) Work Location: Remote
