Our objective is to ensure the peace of mind and safety of both our patients and staff; therefore, we seek a professional committed to the values of security and customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Access Control: Conduct active surveillance and manage hospital entrances and exits, ensuring only authorized individuals gain entry. \- Inspections: Perform visual inspections of items and belongings carried by individuals entering or exiting the hospital to detect any prohibited objects or materials. \- Patrols: Conduct regular patrols throughout the facilities, verifying that everything is in order and reporting any anomalies or potential risks. \- Logbook Management: Maintain detailed records of entries, exits, incidents, and any other relevant events occurring during the shift. \- Reporting: Prepare clear and accurate reports of all incidents or irregularities detected during the shift, notifying the appropriate supervisor. \- Facility Protection: Safeguard the integrity and security of facilities and equipment, preventing potential damage or theft. \- Customer Service: Provide courteous and respectful assistance to individuals requesting information or support at the hospital reception. \- Conflict Resolution: Efficiently manage conflicts or tense situations that may arise within the hospital setting, maintaining composure and acting professionally at all times. **Requirements:** \- Secondary or High School Diploma with Certificate \- Minimum 1 year of experience in security-related duties. \- Demonstrated interpersonal and public-facing communication skills. \- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. \- Ability to work effectively as part of a team. \- High level of responsibility and commitment. **We Offer:** \- Base salary \- Statutory benefits \- Grocery vouchers \- Punctuality bonus \- Savings fund \- Savings box **If you are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume.
