Job Opening: Electrical Project Drafter / 3D Modeler **Salary:** $12,000 to $14,000 per month **Employment Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** Northern area **Availability:** Full-time and flexible schedule Job Description An electrical and electromechanical company seeks an **Electrical Project Drafter** with experience in preparing electrical blueprints, 3D modeling, and developing projects for low- and medium-voltage installations. We seek an organized, committed, proactive individual capable of working effectively in a team, results-oriented, and able to execute projects promptly. Requirements * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D and 3D** * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **SketchUp** * Proficiency in **Revit** and 3D modeling * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **V\-Ray** * Proficiency in **Lumion** * Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop** * Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator** * Proven experience in electrical installations * Knowledge of **NOM\-001\-SEDE\-2012** * Familiarity with **CFE** standards and specifications (preferred) * Experience in preparing electrical and architectural blueprints * Fluency and speed in technical drafting * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 25–35 years * Preferably residing in the northern area * Flexible schedule availability Key Responsibilities * Conducting architectural surveys and aerial/subterranean electrical network surveys * Preparing electrical blueprints compliant with CFE standards * Developing low- and medium-voltage blueprints for offices, plazas, and shopping centers * Preparing architectural and execution blueprints * Creating 3D architectural, electrical, and installation models * 3D modeling of equipment and installations * Generating renders and visual project presentations * Coordinating and updating execution and technical blueprints * Supporting integration of electromechanical projects Skills and Competencies * Organization and attention to detail * Teamwork * Commitment to assigned tasks * Effective communication * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Important Notes * A **practical technical drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering test** will be administered during the selection process. * Experience must be verifiable.
