A leading telecommunications company is currently recruiting talent—we invite you to join our team. **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the proper functioning of systems, networks, computer equipment, CRM, and switches, as well as manage technological inventories and enterprise tools. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Computer Equipment Maintenance:** * Diagnose and repair hardware and software failures. * Perform cleaning, updates, and configurations on workstations. * **Technical Support:** * Resolve incidents related to technological tools, administrative systems, and hardware. * Document problem reports and implemented solutions. * **Networks and Connectivity:** * Configure and maintain LAN, WAN (desirable), and Wi-Fi networks. * Monitor and ensure functionality of switches, routers, and access points. * Troubleshoot network connectivity and security issues. * VPN configuration and administration. * **Server and Cloud System Administration:** * Perform data backup and recovery tasks. * Familiarity with commercial CRM systems is desirable. * Experience with CONTPAQi or similar administrative systems is desirable. * **Inventory Management:** * Maintain an up-to-date record of equipment, tools, and software. * Monitor and provide support for physical switches to ensure communication. * **Monitoring and Cybersecurity:** * Implement security policies to protect data. * Prevent unauthorized access and monitor compliance with internal regulations. **Gender:** No preference. **Age:** 24 years and older. **Education:** Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Computer Systems, Programming, or related field. **Work Schedule Availability:** Full-time. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Must reside near the workplace. **EXPERIENCE:** · 1–2 years of experience in the above-mentioned areas.
