Job Summary: Extrusion and washing line operator, focused on manufacturing process control and autonomous maintenance in the plastic recycling industry. Key Highlights: 1. We are **ALPLA RECYCLING**, specializing in high-density polyethylene recycling. What You'll Do: * Operate pelletizing extrusion machines and flake washing lines. * Resolve basic line issues. * Perform efficient shift handovers. * Carry out autonomous maintenance. * Report relevant information during your shift. What We're Looking For: * Experience in manufacturing process control. * Control of finished goods (FG) and raw material (RM) inventories. * Mathematical analysis skills. * BHM's and 5S. * Knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement. * Proficiency in software/ERP and Office applications (intermediate level). * Autonomous maintenance (TPM). * **Preferred experience in the plastics industry (extrusion, thermoforming, pelletizing, injection molding, and/or plastic recycling).** * **Completed technical degree // Completed high school education.** * **Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing companies.** 12-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m., Monday through Sunday, under a 4x3 schedule — 4 working days followed by 3 rest days (not necessarily consecutive).
