**EON is looking for a Data Engineer in Benito Juárez, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------- **GCP Data Engineer** ===================== We are seeking a Semi-Senior GCP Data Engineer with experience in pipeline development, data architecture, and cloud solution optimization to join strategic data engineering projects. **What will you do in this role?** --------------------------- * Analyze technical requirements and evaluate the integration of new data sources. * Design and implement scalable data pipelines and solutions. * Optimize processes, monitoring, and costs within the GCP ecosystem. * Develop robust solutions using native Google Cloud Platform services. * Execute functional and performance testing. * Apply best practices in development, DataOps, and data management. * Translate business needs into efficient technical solutions. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies. **Mandatory Requirements** ----------------------------- * Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering program. * Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification preferred. * 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering projects on GCP. * Experience in pipeline design, data modeling, and architectures such as: Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Lakehouse.
